Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy after delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we can provide:

• A full refund

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

Handmade Craftsmanship Notice

Each Ru porcelain piece is individually handcrafted in Ruzhou, China. Slight variations in glaze color, crackle patterns, texture, or finishing are natural characteristics of traditional Ru ware craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
